In 2001, APG secured a 15 year lease precommitment for 34,000m2 of new Grade A 4.5* ABGR office space from the then Commonwealth Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (DIMA), a tenant at the Benjamin Offices. Construction of the new DIMA headquarters building ($104M) was completed in 2004.
