Phil O'Brien ( General Manager) has over
20 years in the property industry and is a member of the Australian
Property Institute and a registered real estate agent. Prior to
joining the development division of the Independent Property Group
in 1999, Phil had senior management roles with Mirvac ( Capital
Property Trust ) and Knight Frank Canberra. Phil manages the sourcing
and acquisition of the development sites on behalf of APG and
is currently overseeing the design and delivery of over 800 apartments
and some 35000 square meters of office accommodation in Canberra.
