Barry
Morris (Principal) has qualifications in accounting and
finance. Following ownership and operation of a variety of property
assets in the hospitality and retail fields, he set up Morris
Consolidated in 1992 to develop James Court, an $80 million residential
and serviced apartment complex in Canberra City. He has since
successfully developed over $1.2Bn in various property segments.
He is a founding Principal and Managing Director of Amalgamated Property Group Queensland, Amalgamated Constructions (Qld), Morris Property Group and a director of several of its
associated entities.
