Since acquiring this asset in 2000, APG has undertaken development
of a new 34,000m2 office for the Department of Immigration and
Citizenship (DIAC) and also the comprehensive refurbishment
of some 21,000m2, all of which has been leased on a long term
basis to DIAC and the Australian Communications Authority. Additionally,
a new 4.5 star ABGR rated, 20,000m2 office complex
on part of the site, completed in 2007, has alos been fully leased to DIAC.
