Cameron Offices - Canberra
This office complex comprising some 60,000m2 and 500 car spaces
was purchased in 2000 along with Belconnen Offices. Wings 3,4 and
5 (comprising some 22,000m2) have been designated as a Commonwealth
Heritage Place. Demolition of Wings 1 and 2 iwas completed in 2007 and the site turned over to a carpark for 340 cars s currently
Wing 4 of the
complex and associated space comprising 7,500m2 has been refurbished
and leased to Comsuper Australia for a term of 10 years. Wings 3
and 5 have been refurbished for identified tenants.
Demolition of wings 6,7,8 and 9 currently being undertaken will pave the way for construction of some 400 residential units and a 12,000m2 commercial office onn the site.
