Klose (Chief Finance Officer) is a CPA who commenced with APG in 2002, prior to which he was Financial Controller
for Morris Consolidated for some 9 years. He maintains close involvement in budgetary matters and financial structuring
of APG transactions and has significant experience on projects
such as Aurora, James Court, Manuka Plaza, Landmark, Metropolitan
and The Forum in managing the requirements of lending insttutions and other financial services providers.
