Completion 1996
Located on the City Walk mall, this project was a first for Canberra’s
CBD and was completed in July 1996. A joint venture between those
who are now principals of APG, the development was highly successful,
requiring a ballot draw for the release of the residential offering
which sold 90% of apartments. The office space saw similar demand,
being pre-committed to St George Bank and Independent Property Group.
The ground floor retail was fully leased by completion. .
